How to request deletion
You can request that your Motiveaction account and associated data be deleted in either of these ways:
- Use the form below — enter your account's email and password. Once verified, your account and its data are deleted immediately.
- Email us at info.softsav@gmail.com from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete my account", if you'd rather not enter your password here.
We ask for your password so deletion can happen immediately and only for the account holder. After you submit, you will see the result on motiveaction.app.
What gets deleted
Once your request is verified, we permanently delete:
- Your account record, email address, and name
- All learning content — topics, roadmap items, progress, and comprehension tasks
- Reminder/notification settings
- Device sync and sign-in history
- Ad interaction history
- Country/locale data
- Premium/subscription status
What's retained, and why
- Payment transaction records (amount, date, provider) — retained for 7 years where required by tax and accounting law. These records are dissociated from your profile once the account itself is deleted.
